1. Before installing the vibrating table, lay the foundation first. When laying the foundation, level the upper plane horizontally, and bury the fixing bolts according to the bolt holes of the chassis, then install them. The fixing bolts must be tightened during installation.
2. When the vibration table is testing after installing, first drive for 3-5 minutes, then stop and check all the fastening bolts. If it is loose, tighten it, then it can be used.
3. During the vibrating table, the concrete products should be firmly on the vibrating table. The required products should be placed symmetrically with the table top to balance the load, and the fastening device of the vibrating product should be designed by the user and according to his own needs.
4. The vibrator bearing should be inspected frequently, and periodically removed and replaced, the lubricant should be replaced, the bearing should be well lubricated, and the life of the vibrator should be prolonged.
5. The vibrating table should have a reliable grounding wire to ensure safety.
