Automatic asphalt mixture mixer
Automatic asphalt mixture mixer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements for asphalt mixture blending specified in the “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture in Highway Engineering” (JTG E20-2011) of the People’s Republic of China’s transportation industry standards. It is suitable for blending asphalt mixtures before making test specimens and complies with the high-temperature blending requirements in the “Technical Specifications for Design and Construction of Steel Bridge Deck Pavement” (JTG/T 3364-02-2019).
This instrument adopts advanced microcomputer control technology. The mixing temperature can be set freely within the range of room temperature to 300℃, and it automatically performs PID regulation and control. It can also automatically control the mixing time, achieving operation automation. It has a phase sequence protection function to prevent mechanical damage caused by incorrect phase sequence.
