The freeze-thaw test chamber’s characteristics1. The compressor uses an imported, genuine US Youle 10PH compressor. Ensure that standards are being followed.The primary technical criteria:range of temperatures: -20 °C to 25 °C (adjustable); Temperature uniformity: 2 °C between each point, measurement precision: 0.5 °C, and display resolution: 0.06 °C;Test conditions: The center temperature of the specimen at the end of freezing was -17 2 °C, and the center temperature of the specimen at the end of thawing was 8 2 °C. The freeze-thaw cycle period was 2.5 4 hours, and the thawing time was not less than 1/4 of the freeze-thaw cycle.The sample is heated for 1.0–1.5 hours, followed by 1.5–2.5 hours of cooling.
